Learning Strategist

Danielle has served on Marriott International’s Global Talent Development team for over a decade. As Senior Director, Learning Design & Development, she partners with senior leaders to define learning strategies for various teams within the organization and leads a team of talented learning specialists who develop training programs for Marriott international associates worldwide. Her team focuses on building exceptional learning experiences that develop and enhance associates’ skills in hotel leadership, service, and operations.



Danielle is an experienced facilitator leading in-person and virtual training programs. She is passionate about leading people to their “aha” moment whether it be in discovering their personal brand, enhancing their technical and management skills, building team culture, emotional intelligence, or productivity skills.


Danielle is passionate about helping people and teams connect, grow, and operate as a stronger team. She works with teams to plan and deliver team retreats and experiential learning activities. Additionally, she works with teams and individuals to organize, plan and redesign their workspaces to enhance productivity.
